How orders are processed
Step 1

Packaging & Shipment
Once your order is fully prepared, it is securely packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. As soon as your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the carrier information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Step 4
Delivery
Shipping times depend on your location and the type of product ordered. Larger items are typically shipped using freight services to ensure safe handling and delivery. You can check your order status at any time using the tracking number provided once your shipment is dispatched.

After-Sales Support
Our support doesn’t end once your order arrives. If you have any questions, need warranty assistance, or want to share feedback, our team is always available to help. For installation services, including sauna setup requests, please contact us directly and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
